Apple set out to reinvent TV, but now it looks like all it is going to end up with is a set-top box with apps that deliver your regular cable bundle. To blame are the broadcasters, whose business model is fundamentally anti innovation.

- overprocessed said: I’ve had trial subscriptions to all the online tv and movie content providers and cancelled every single one because they all lack due to this philosophy. There’s no content. Broadcast television will die if it’s not willing to grow and play along.
